Rental Policies

• Saturday through Saturday rental
• Rate subject to 9.875 % tax (6.875 % sales tax + 3 % bed tax)
• 50 % deposit required by check or money order within 2 weeks of making reservations
• Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation, map and information letter will be sent to you. Balance due upon arrival.
• Cancellations: Refund less $75 service charge with 90 days prior notice. If we can re-rent the cabin, we will refund your payment in less than 90 days.

Peak Season is June 01 - October 31
$900.00/week up to 4 people
$100.00/week for extra persons age 12 and up

16 foot Lund boat with 25HP motor for $250/week or
a Pontoon Boat with a 15HP motor $350.00/week.

Off Peak Season is November 01 - May 31
$700.00/week up to 4 people
